All of my breads are naturally leavened with my 4+ year sourdough starter.

Our naturally leavened sourdough focaccias are brimming with olive oil and finished with Maldon Sea salt. We love experimenting with different flavors and our menu will reflect that weekly on Hot Plate. In the summer expect to always see Fresh Tomato Basil (and once the garden comes in, all tomatoes and basil used will be right from our backyard). Roasted Peppers and Onion with Oregano, French Onion with lots of caramelized balsamic onions and gruyere cheese, Olive Tapenade with fresh rosemary. All focaccia comes baked in a 9” round, and from time to time you will see them in mini form (great for sandwiches and snacks). Special orders and flavor requests are always welcome·

Just what the name implies, naturally leavened with just a little sour tang from the slow fermentation, baked to crusty perfection.
